Tesla's Innovation Is at the Speed of Thought

We have a video with a discussion about Tesla and how fast they are able to innovate. It's at the speed of thought.

Tesla's Innovation Speed

Tesla operations operate very differently than other car companies. They have a set of vehicles, the Model S, Model X, Model Y, and Model 3. They have a Tesla Semi. They have a Cybertruck coming and the Tesla Roadster coming. They don't have new models every year.

Every innovation that takes place at Tesla is added to the vehicles almost immediately. Sandy Munro has torn down 3 different Model Y vehicles and over time, found them to be drastically different. This is due to innovation and Tesla making improvements.

Sandy Munro used to be a major Tesla critic and changed to a Tesla super bull. At first, he said Tesla's production methods were crap and that they needed to change. Tesla asked Sandy Munro what needed to change and based on that feedback, Tesla made changes.

I really like this - there is no ego involved from Elon Musk and Tesla as a company. They just make improvements. Sandy Munro is very impressed with the changes in Tesla's engineering and software. Tesla has a quick pace of innovation.

Sandy Munro and his team only work on EVs (electric vehicles) because EVs are the future. Gas cars are dying and the reason is purely economical. EVs get better over time through software, battery technolgy, like LFP batteries and 4680 batteries, and there are no major improvements in gas cars.

Tesla's Future Innovations

Sandy Munro is doing a crowd funding to seek money so he can tear down a Tesla semi. The Tesla Semi have about 40% to 50% more range than its EV semi competition. I am very much looking forward to Sandy tearing down a semi.

Sandy Munro said that Tesla is doing engineering at the speed of thought. As any change that is good is introduced, it is shared, and quickly added to Tesla's vehicle lineup. Tesla's innovation is unmatched.

Tesla is going to release the Cybertruck in 2023. It will be the most innovative truck of its kind. The Tesla Roadster is coming and that is going to be a high range speedy car with a SpaceX rocket.

Tesla has innovated in improving its battery packs with 4680 batteries. The weight of Tesla vehicle batteries is 25% less than its competitors. Lighter vehicles will have more range than heavier vehicles.

Tesla is going to continue this, so long as Elon Musk is at the helm. That is why I see the range of Tesla's vehicles increasing by at least 4% every year. Sandy Munro talked about the immense number of changes Tesla made on the Model Y. Tesla also has an Altman Z score vastly higher than any other auto maker.

I'm looking forward to seeing what future innovations Tesla makes. What future innovations do you think Tesla will make?
