Ultimate top model 2015 Mercedes AMG GT Black Series seen pushing hard [video]

We know that the all-new 2015 Mercedes AMG GT will arrive this fall, but the range-topping 2015 Mercedes AMG GT Black Series may not be that far behind. In the video below, thanks to cvdzijden, he catches what looks like the hot AMG GT Black Series burning up the track at Nurburgring. The test driver has a hard time keeping this new model on the famous track in Germany. How much hp will it have?

The ultimate AMG GT Black Series

Mercedes-AMG is never standing still and the AMG GT is their second fully independently developed performance vehicle following the SLS AMG. We’ve seen images of the ultra-dynamic interior and the exterior of the high-performance 2015 Mercedes-AMG GT. The video below could be what we can expect from the ultimate AMG GT Black Series performance machine from Affalterbach.

AMG GT will be quick

We know that the 2015 Mercedes AMG GT will be powered by a twin-turbocharged four-valve-per-cylinder 4.0-liter V8 gasoline engine that produces 503 hp at 6,250 rpm and 479 lb-ft of torque between 1,750 and 4,750 rpm. And it produces an amazing 126.3 horsepower per liter. It’s going to be incredibly quick and the new engine is a startling piece of technology.

Black Series will be more powerful

The AMG GT Black Series will be getting a number of design tweaks and the model seen in the video has a few tell-tale signs which are looking different on this model than on the ones spied before. And the Black Series would be even more powerful than the AMG GT and might see upwards of 580 horsepower from the same 4.0-liter bi-turbo V8 engine. AMG would tune the incredible twin turbo for the Black Series to make it one incredible machine.
