Exclusive Pictures of Army Green 2020 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro – You Won’t Believe It

If I had to choose any of the many Toyota models receiving upgrades and additions this 2020 model year, I think the Toyota Tacoma is the one I am most excited about. I am not alone, either, as I have heard from literally hundreds of my Torque News readers and “Toyotajeff” YouTube channel viewers about their anticipation as well.

“I want the new Tacoma TRD Pro in Green. Already been to the dealer and am on a waiting list.” Commented Andrea.

Roberto chimed in too. “Great choice for Army Green. Can’t wait to see it!”

Alexander had the same feeling about this unique color. “Just show me the Army Green already! I need this!”

Seeing Army Green on many Toyota models, including 2020 Tundra

Every year it has become tradition to release a new paint color that is exclusive to the TRD Pro brand. In 2018 the chosen color was Cavalry Blue, while last year it was Voodoo Blue for the 2019 model year. This year, Toyota chose Army Green. If you’ve seen the Toy Story movies, it reminds me of the Alien toy being picked by the claw game machine, “I have been chosen.” Congratulations Army Green.

I recently wrote stories for Torque News that revealed exclusive pictures of Army Green trucks and SUVs, including 2020 Tundra, 2020 Sequoia and 2020 4Runner. Now it is time for the 2020 Tacoma.

Upgrades for 2020 Tacoma TRD Pro

Just like 2020 4Runner and 2020 Tundra, the 2020 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro will feature standard Apple CarPlay, Amazon Alexa and Android Auto. In fact, these popular applications come standard on all 2020 Tacoma trim levels. You will also have a larger multimedia touch screen, 8 inches in size.

I like the new black wheel design for the 2020 TRD Pro. Each wheel is over 4 pounds lighter than last year. Other exterior highlights are TRD Pro LED headlights with sequential turn signals, LED daytime running lights and LED fog lights.

Smart key system with auto open doors now works on both driver and passenger sides. This makes life so much easier, safer and more convenient for all passengers.

A power driver’s seat is standard on all V6 engine 2020 Tacoma trim levels SR5 and above. In fact, it is a 10-way power adjustable driver’s seat. Now all drivers of all heights and sizes will be comfortable whether overlanding on that next remote mountain trail or rolling down the highway on your family road trip.
