Volvo has announced that the V90 Wagon will be a custom-order vehicle for the U.S. This announcement makes sense as not many people are interested in a wagon. They're instead going towards the likes of the XC60, XC90, and upcoming V90 Cross Country.

If you are interested in ordering a V90 Wagon, you might be wondering how you go about ordering one. There are two ways. First is Volvo's online concierge service where you work with a Volvo concierge representative to customize the vehicle and place the order to have it dropped off at your local dealer. Second is Volvo's overseas delivery program where you order the vehicle and fly out to the company’s factory in Torslanda, Sweden to pick it up, before it is shipped off to the dealer.

"The V90 is a fantastic vehicle for the true wagon enthusiast. As we now introduce the most luxurious wagon ever, we choose to do so giving our customers a range of personalized customer order production alternatives like the Volvo online concierge and Overseas Delivery. This way we provide the fullest range of options to wagon lovers" said Lex Kerssemakers, President and CEO of Volvo Car USA in a statement.

Volvo has also revealed the V90 will be offered with the T5 and T6 powertrains, along with the R-Design and Inscription trims. Pricing is expected to be announced next month.
