Ram 1500 Wins Even More Vehicle Satisfaction Awards for 2020

Good thing that the Ram 1500 has a big truck bed, because the full-size pickup continues to pick up awards. AutoPacific just gave Ram two major awards for 2020. Both are based on how much truck owners like their vehicles and are satisfied with them.

For the second year in a row, AutoPacific has singled out the Ram 1500 as the winner of Best-in-Class Vehicle Satisfaction for Full-Size Pickup Segment. According to AutoPacific, the Ram 1500 scored the highest satisfaction score in the pickup category for its interior. Ram has really concentrated in the last few years on upgrading the interiors of both the Ram 1500 and the Ram Heavy Duty trucks. Ram has received numerous awards in recent years for upgraded interiors, incorporating higher-end leather and real wood for the seats and trims.

Ram also has concentrated on improving the driver’s interaction with the vehicle controls. The Ram 1500 offers a twelve-inch touchscreen for media and vehicle controls, making it easier for the driver to handle the phone and climate controls.

According to AutoPacific, owners also appreciate their vehicle’s driver’s seat ingress and egress and interior storage. Ram has tried to maximize interior storage over the years, while also making it driver and passenger friendly. Ram also pioneered the use of optional RamBoxes to increase locked storage.

Ram Brand Wins Overall Satisfaction Award

AutoPacific also ranks the Ram Brand as receiving the Highest Satisfaction of a Popular Brand. For this award, AutoPacific looks at a number of different categories.

According to AutoPacific, Ram owners rate the line of trucks highly for being fun to drive, having great braking, handling, power and acceleration. Ram also scored well for interior styling and exterior styling. Ram also received high marks for front seat comfort, driver’s seat visibility, passenger roominess and all of its safety features.
