Cybertruck VIN #448 Was Delivered to Ryan Torres Last Night: Tesla Will Deliver 500 By Years End

Cybertruck VIN #448 was confirmed to be delivered to Ryan Torres, showing that Tesla may deliver 500 Cybertrucks before the end of the year. This was confirmed via an Instagram post and story.

Cybertruck VIN 448 Delivered to Ryan Torres

Cybertruck VIN 448 was seen to be delivered last night to Ryan Torres. This is important because VIN 448 means Tesla has reached at least 448 Cybertrucks delivered and there is just under two weeks to go in the year, 2023.

I think Tesla is going to deliver 500 or more Cybertrucks this year. At a mostly $120,000 cost for the Cyberbeast "Foundation Series", that is a cool $60 million for Tesla in total revenue in about 1 month of production.

Recently, there were 40 Cybertrucks seen at Giga Texas, sending a strong signal that Tesla is continuing to ramp its production and not facing any major obstacles to production.

It's possible Tesla could get to 1,000 before the end of the month, but I think that would be a stretch. We'll know exactly what the number is when Tesla has their Q4, 2023 earnings call in January 2024.

Who Has VIN #1?

The very first Cybertruck appears to have been delivered at the Cybertruck delivery event to Mikia, who had this to say in her own words:

“Well that happened. Magically a @teslamotors #Cybertruck entered my field thanks to a few friends and now it's Hiro's dream whip! I got to experience #elonmusk present his tenacious genius along with his epic committed team - a truck that all "industry experts" said was impossible to make. It takes gumption, grit, confidence, tenacity, love of the sport and maniacal focus where things have to give in order to make these moonshots happen. 1% inspiration, 99% perspiration. Wow. Inspired. Nobody is perfect, everyone has a lot more work to do on themselves, people make mistakes and say things they don't mean, it's never black and white. It takes a lot to change the world and in this moment, I'm focusing on the innovation of the Cybertruck! Thank you @kimbalmusk for making it happen and to my friends who negged me playfully to defiantly make it so. Lezz go! The future is here. I'm a very proud owner.”

First Cybertruck Delivered

It's so cool to see how happy people are to take delivery of their Cybertruck. You can clearly see how happy she to take delivery of her Cybertruck, with Elon Musk opening the door for her.

I think Tesla is going to branch out of the U.S. for the Cybertruck as well and deliver this in China and other locations around the world. Europe may be difficult to get into, but Tesla will find a way to build this at Giga Berlin as well.

The big question on my mind is, "Will Tesla deliver over 500 Cybertrucks this year and ramp to 250,000 by the end of next year?" Knowing Tesla, they are up to the challenge. They have already ramped so many other vehicles to volume production, so they are experts at this process.

Elon Musk has said that manufacturing is one of Tesla's main long term advantages.
