Here’s the 1st Video of Cybertruck Delivery at a Tesla Store – Tesla Pulls Out the Red Carpet for Early Cybertruck Customers

In the 1st Cybertruck delivery video at a Tesla store, we see Tesla giving early Foundation Series Cybertruck owners a white glove treatment with 3 employees. In addition, the video shows everything you need to take delivery of your Cybertruck.

On November 30, Tesla held a delivery event at Giga Texas where the EV maker handed over the first 10 Foundation Series Cybertrucks to select customers.

The event was special not only because Elon Musk personally handed over the Cybertrucks to customers but, also because the delivery event was the first time we received confirmation about the Cybertruck's final specs.

The Giga Texas event saw hundreds of attendees, all of Tesla’s top executives including Elon Musk were in attendance, tens of people streamed the event live, and we got a behind-the-scenes tour of the factory that builds the truck. Overall the event was special.

However, now that the cameras are gone and we’ve learned all the Cybertruck’s final specs, how is Tesla handling regular Cybertruck deliveries at its stores?

Lucky for us, TESBROS, which is a YouTube channel focused on wrapping and adding accessories to Tesla vehicles, documented one of the first Cybertruck deliveries outside of the Giga Texas event and has shared it with all of us for viewing.

TESBROS followed a young couple, Zack and Ella, while they took delivery of their Cybertruck at the Austin Texas Tesla showroom. The truck has an All-Wheel-Drive configuration and being one of the early deliveries is also a Foundation Series Cybertruck with laser-etched 3-headed Cyberbeast insignia and other unique features.

In the video, TESBROS did not discuss pricing however, from earlier reports we know that the Foundation Series Cybertruck AWD costs $100,000 whereas the tri-motor Foundation Series Cyberbeast costs $120,000.

However, it should be noted that these prices are only for the Foundation Series Cybertrucks which come standard with FSD and other options like the lightbar. However, the regular Cybertruck AWD and Cybertruck Cyberbeast prices start at $80,000 and $100,000 respectively.

Having said that, at $100,000 the Cybertruck is still one of the most expensive vehicles that Tesla sells. So how does the EV maker treat its most affluent customers?

Unlike deliveries for other Tesla vehicles, the Cybertruck awaits customers surrounded by black rope barriers to stop anyone else from getting too close to the truck.

In the TESBROS video, we can also see Tesla employees giving the new Cybertruck owners a deep walk-around explanation of every part and feature of the truck. As Tesla has increased vehicle deliveries exponentially, people have complained that deliveries feel a bit rushed.

However, for early Cybertruck owners, Tesla appears to be pulling out all the stops. In the video, you can see 3 different Tesla employees giving the new customers a walk-around of the truck.

This is wonderful and since the new customers have paid Tesla six figures to buy a Cybertruck, it’s nice to see the EV maker giving them a high-end treatment equal to the huge sum of money that they paid.

Besides the special Cybertruck treatment, there is also the usual Tesla delivery checklist such as checking papers, walking around and accepting delivery, setting up your phone as the key, and so on.

This is all standard stuff however, something I want to mention here is the pure joy on Zack’s face as he takes delivery of his Foundation Series Cybertruck. There aren’t a lot of products that can be bought with money that can give this much joy to a person.

The Tesla team has truly outdone themselves with the Cybertruck and the smile on Zack’s face is a testament to the EV maker’s continuing success.

Currently, it appears as though the white glove treatment will only be given to very early customers. However, we’ll be sure to keep you posted as more Cybertrucks find their way to customer’s hands.

Until then, make sure to visit our site torquenews.com/Tesla regularly for the latest updates.

So what do you think? Surprised to see Tesla pulling out the red carpet for Cybertruck deliveries? Also, at $100,000 are you disappointed to see how expensive the Cybertruck has ended up becoming? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
