A Brand-New Tesla Cybertruck Owner Says His Truck Died for the 3rd Time in a Single Month – However, He Adds, “This is Still The Best Car Compared to Our Tesla Model X Plaid & Model Y Performance”

A Cybertruck owner shares that his truck is back in his driveway after it died for the 3rd time in a month. Despite all the issues, the owner adds that the Cybertruck is the best vehicle in the world, even compared to Tesla’s remaining vehicle lineup.

Pharm Do is a Cybertruck owner from California and says his brand-new truck died for the third time in a single month.

This would be frustrating for most vehicle owners; however, after the Cybertruck’s third service visit, Pharm says he’s happy to have his truck back in his garage.

Not only that, despite all its problems, Pharm adds, the Cybertruck is the best vehicle in the world.

Pharm believes the Cybertruck has no competition, even compared to his top-of-the-line Tesla Model X Plaid & Model Y Performance.

The still surprisingly happy Cybertruck owner shared his story on the Cybertruck Owners Only group on Facebook.

He writes…

“Finally, I got my Cybertruck back after it died for the third time as a new owner.”

Again, you would think the brand-new Cybertruck owner would be frustrated at this point, but he continues to write…

“This is still the best car compared to our Tesla Model Y Performance and our Tesla Model X Plaid (yes, we’re Star Wars fans) - the license plate for the Cybertruck will be LTESBR.”

It seems that the Cybertruck was in service three times before Pharm had the opportunity to obtain a permanent license plate for the truck.

Below his post, Pharm shared a picture of his decked-out Cybertruck parked in his driveway.

Pharm’s Cybertruck features a glossy blue wrap, aftermarket yellow brake calipers, an aftermarket running board, and various other modifications throughout the vehicle.

Pharm also shared a second picture showing his matt-black Model X Plaid, with aftermarket modifications, parked next to his Cybertruck.

Given all the work Pharm has done on the Cybertruck and the three separate occasions the vehicle had to return to Tesla service, it seems he’s only had a few days to drive his favorite vehicle.

Looking at the comments, considering the numerous issues Pharm’s Cybertruck has faced, fellow Cybertruck owners were primarily interested in understanding the underlying cause of the problem.

A prospective Cybertruck buyer, Sonni Nguyen, asks…

“How did your Cybertruck die three times? What was the issue? I’m picking mine up on Friday so I know what to expect in case it happens to me.”

In response, Pharm says…

“The Cyberturck experienced power and electrical failure. The screen flashes red, telling you to pull over.

It happened three times within a month, and they had to replace all my wire harnesses and ultimately thought it was the device cluster (brain of the car).

Apparently, someone pushed the connector in and bent the pins.”

Another point noted by fellow Cybertruck owners was the color of Pharm’s Cybertruck wrap.

A Fellow Cybertruck owner, Matt Matwich, writes…

“LOVE that color. WOW.”

In response, Pharms says…

“The wrap is Essmo liquid metallic Klein blue.”

Overall, despite its shiny exterior, a vehicle that breaks down three times in a month is far from ideal. Nevertheless, even with all its issues, Pharm still believes the Cybertruck is the best vehicle in Tesla’s lineup.

Once again, Pharm Do shows us why we have never seen an auto enthusiast roll up in a Tesla, or any EV. The dots are just not that far apart, are they?

By saying that it “died”, does that mean it had to be towed each time? Does this guy not have to work a job? Who has the time to deal with that? Especially for such an expensive brand new vehicle. Ah, to be independently wealthy…
