Mazda’s outsized good corporate citizenship and charitable giving is well known, but did you know that you as a customer of Mazda can help to direct the company’s good deeds? This season everyone who buys or leases a Mazda will be asked to direct a donation by Mazda to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the American Red Cross, or the American Heart Association. Mazda will also have a very long list of 46 local charities to which you can direct a donation.

Jim O'Sullivan, president and CEO, MNAO commented on the drive, saying, "Mazda Drive for Good isn't about selling cars. It is about giving back and building awareness. Many people may think that we are building awareness for Mazda, but part of our goal is to build awareness for our nonprofit partners, that helps them long term, not just during the Mazda Drive for Good event."

Mazda is producing a 30-second TV advert and 90-second cinema advert to boost awareness of the program. The Mazda Drive for Good event starts today, November 23, 2015, and will run through January 4, 2016.
