The 2018 Ford Mustang GT is the most powerful pony car to wear these badges, packing 460 horsepower and 420lb-ft of torque, but the Motor Company has also promised that it will dash from 0 to 60mph in under four seconds. There has been no official 0-60 time announced, but even if “under four seconds” means 3.9-seconds, that will easily make this the quickest Mustang GT ever.

A big part of the 2018 Ford Mustang GT’s ability to hit 60 in less than four seconds is the traction offered by the Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires which come as part of the new Mustang GT Level 2 Performance Pack.
