This is Richard Foote's 2015 Toyota Tacoma from City of Prineville in OR and that's the deer who frequents the area and looks at cars. The deer is so brave he/she doesn't run away when Richard video-record him.
I read about this in Richard's Facebook page, where one of his friends also posted a picture with a deer looking at her red Toyota Tacoma. Richard says this is the same deer who frequents the area.
