You never know what you’ll see driving around on a Sunday afternoon. An enthusiast named Steven M. posted, to social media, a picture of what looked to be a heavily reinforced vehicle driving on I-25 heading north out of Denver. Other fans quickly identified it as a Rezvani Vengeance. The military style SUV starts at a whopping $285,000 and goes up from there. Some of the made-to-order armored vehicles sell for nearly $700,000. The online reactions are priceless.

Fans React to the Military Style SUV

Hank F. wondered about the possible owner. “I wonder if he plays for the Nuggets, or the Broncos?” Char G. wants one, but it appears that it is out of reach for now. “If I ever hit the lotto I won’t tell anyone… but there will be signs!” Connie S. likes it too. “It’s more bada$$ then the Tesla Truck.”

Nico M. spoke for a lot of people, “Woah! Never even heard of one of those before!”

Kenny O. tried to fill the fans in on all the features. “Its a "doomsday" vehicle. Bullet proof glass and body, oxygen filtration system, tire inflation system, 4x4, undercarriage blast/explosive deflection, smoke screen, thermal night vision, emp protection. Even comes with "military-grade" gas masks, body armor, and helmets. It’s like if the military MRAP and police Bearcat had a baby.”

Andrea Z. asked a question. “Is this to be ready for the zombie apocalypse?”

Many commented on the license plate which appears to be a shortened version of Armageddon. The vehicle is built to handle most events, short of Armageddon.

Rezvani Vengeance

According to the company website, the Vengeance is designed for luxury, but can be upgraded to be bullet-proof and serve as a overlanding vehicle in case of a catastrophic event. It is apparently built on a Cadillac Escalade chassis and is configured to seat seven passengers. It is powered by a 6.2L V8 but can be upgraded to a 6.2L Supercharged V8.

Military Upgrade Package for Dangerous Situations

The military upgrades are the ones that really drive up the price to nearly $700,000. Not only does it include armor plating but you can also have solar panels built in in case of huge outages.

Smokescreen- Just like James Bond’s trusty Aston Martin, the Rezvani Vengeance can be outfitted to shoot out a smokescreen to blind anyone who is trying to follow it.

Electro-Magnetic Pulse Protection- Electro-Magnetic pulses are radiated after a nuclear explosion and render electronic devices inoperable. EMP weapons are also used to disable electrical systems prior to a broader attack. The military upgrade is supposed to keep the vehicle and communications operating.

Pepper Spray Dispenser- Pepper spray can be activated with  the push of a button to protect vehicle occupants.

Security Survival Kit- Military upgrade includes military grade gas masks, hypothermia kit and first-aid kit in case of catastrophic events.

Other Features Include:

  • Bullet proof glass
  • Underside explosive protection
  • Military Runflat Tires
  • Thermal Night Vision System
  • Reinforced suspension
  • Ram Bumpers
  • Optional explosive device detection
  • Electrified Door Handles
  • Siren and Horn Options
  • Strobe Lights
  • Blinding Lights
  • Intercom System
  • Magnetic Dead Bolts

What is Rezvani Motors?

Rezvani Motors was founded by Iranian-American Ferris Rezvani. The company started as a high-end sports car company, in California, in 2013. It appears to have found its niche in the military-styled doomsday vehicles. Milen Ivanov, is a digital artist who has been quoted as saying he designed the Vengeance to look like a vehicle in a video game.

Wilson K.’s answer got great reviews from the crowd with at least twenty other people liking it. “That's what you need for these drivers here.”

I wish I had seen it. I have seen a couple of EarthRoamer overlanding vehicles, but those are headquartered here.

I’ll admit it. I would love to have one. If I could afford one you would never see it or me on a highway though. That’s made for more scenic views.
