Tesla Vehicles - Built With the Physically Impaired In Mind

A Tesla is a technologically advanced vehicle. Many people also don't know that they are built with the physically disabled in mind.

For those who watch Tesla, you see that they build technologically advanced vehicles with a variety of features, including safety, performance, comfort, and being energy efficient and environmentally friendly.

One thing that may not be obvious to many people is that Tesla vehicles are built for the physically disabled in mind.

Take this instance, where someone in a wheelchair was trying to get in their car, and they couldn't because the car to the left parked too close to the driver-side door.

This made it so that the man in the wheelchair did not have enough room to take his wheelchair to get into the car.

The good news is that Tesla has an app on the phone which makes it possible to have the car back out of the parking place so that you can then have enough room to get into your car.

You can see it in action here:

Future Tesla Vehicles For the Physically Disabled

There are future vehicles coming from Tesla that will be built with the physically impaired in mind. If you've read some of my past articles, one of these should ring a bell.

The vehicle is the Tesla Robo Van, and it will be built with the disabled in mind. Elon Musk has even said as much.

I think this vehicle will have an automatic ramp or lifting mechanism that will allow someone in a wheelchair to get in easily.

I also think the driver-side door will have a way to assist the driver into the vehicle without needing to put too much effort in, such as a lift or ramp.

There will also be software and an app on the phone that will control all this and make it easy. I can see a Tesla Robo Van transporting disabled people around and having software automate the process of getting them in and out of the van.

Tesla really cares about the end user, and I think their vehicles are great for those with disability. Do you agree?
