Best Subaru Deals; Don’t Expect Special Offers On Forester

If you are looking for the best Subaru deals in February and on President’s Day, here is what customers will find. Don’t expect special offers on Forester.

Customers looking for a good deal on a Subaru can find them but don't expect special offers on a new 2019 Forester, Crosstrek or Ascent. Subaru has some deals for customers in February and on President’s Day, it’s called the Subaru True Love Event. The best deals can be found on a 2019 Subaru Outback and 2019 Legacy sedan right now. The all-new 2020 Legacy was just unveiled at the Chicago Auto Show and the 2020 Outback is coming soon too. Subaru wants to move the 2019 models and both models are being offered with zero percent financing, now through February 28 for terms of up to 36 months. You can lease a 2019 Outback for $269/Month on a 36-month lease. You can lease a new Legacy for $225/Month on a 36-month lease.

No special offers on new Forester, Crosstrek, and Ascent

Unfortunately, deals on a new second-generation 2019 Crosstrek, all-new 2019 Forester and 2019 Ascent 3-Row family hauler haven't improved beyond an initial rate of 3.49 percent for 63 months. Subaru of America COO Tom Doll said recently in an interview at the Chicago Auto Show, demand for the newly-redesigned Forester SUV is high right out of the gate. He says, "The new Forester is a sensational car, and it's a home run, particularly the Sport model that you see over here. We just can't stock it. I think both of those car lines have a 20-day supply or less."

Subaru doesn't need to offer any special incentives to sell the new 2019 Forester. You can lease a new Forester for $265/Month on a 36-Month Lease. A 2019 Crosstrek can be leased for $245/Month on a 36-Month Lease. You can lease a new 2019 Ascent for $339/Month.

Impreza and WRX

Leases start at $195/month on 2019 Impreza models or 0.9 percent financing on all new 2019 Impreza models, although the catch on the lease is that this only gets you a base 2.0i trim with a 5-speed manual gearbox. A new 2019 sport-tuned Subaru WRX have 1.9 percent financing on all models and can be leased for $345/Month on a 36-month lease for a stand trim with a 6-speed manual.

According to Swapalease.com, Subaru is one of the automakers with the largest increase in brand searches during Q4 compared with the previous quarter. Subaru is up +4 percent showing consumers Subaru doesn’t need to offer great deals and discounts like Toyota and Ford because prices have been buoyed by the brand’s strong residual values.

You won’t ever see Subaru advertise cash incentives, and you won't see a rebate and extra incentives from Subaru are extremely rare. And be aware that although Subaru advertises ultra-low payments, they often correspond to less-popular base models.

The Subaru True Love Event is on now but offers from Subaru vary by region and expire February 28, 2019. Examples listed here are for Denver, Colorado where Subaru is a top-selling brand and lease prices could be a bit lower in other parts of the country.

In the Denver Colorado area, new 2019 Foresters are over $2,000 off with dozens in stock. 2019 Outbacks $1,800-2,200 off, also dozens in stock. The shortage is a complete myth.
