The Jeep Wrangler fifth special edition is designed for the drivers who want to be on trend. The Rockslide a specific color package designed for the Sahara and Rubicon models that highlights the Wrangler with the most popular new shades of blue. The 2026 Jeep Wrangler Rockslide adds three different colors of blue throughout the interior and exterior as an upgrade to the Sahara and Rubicon vehicles. Jeep decided to make 2026 the year of the Wrangler and is debuting a new special edition every month. Jeep is nearly halfway through its Twelve 4 Twelve series. The Rockslide package is also available for the Jeep Gladiator. Every year, Pantone creates the colors that will be highlighted in fashion, furniture and automobiles. The new Rockslide package is an example of driving fashion and function.
The 2026 Jeep Wrangler Rockslide
According to Jeep, the Wrangler Rockslide adds bold color to the Wrangler’s trail-ready performance. Blue Agave, Jean Blue and Indigo Blue accents add layers of color to the 2026 Wrangler inside and out. The blue highlights create a design theme. Anvil body‑color roof and matching grille surround carry the layered look to the exterior. Standard steel rock rails, featured on a Wrangler Sahara for the first time since 2017, included as part of the Sahara‑only Rockslide content.
As I mentioned earlier, the Jeep Gladiator will also have a special Rockslide edition. Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator Rockslide start at $695 on top of comparably equipped models with a body‑color hardtop and body-color fender flares.
“The Jeep Rockslide amps up what Wrangler and Gladiator owners demand, unstoppable capability, and pairs it with the personal expression they love,” said Jeep Brand CEO Bob Broderdorf. “Rooted in the strengths of Sahara and Rubicon, Rockslide takes factory customization even further while staying true to the Jeep brand's core DNA. And blue continues to stand out as a color that reflects our heritage, individuality and the strong emotional connection our community has with their off-road vehicles.”

2026 Jeep Gladiator Rockslide Special Edition
The 2026 Gladiator Rockslide brings the same blue design accents to the industry’s only open-air pickup. The midsize pickup has unsurpassed 7,700-lb towing with up to 1,720-lb of payload. Gladiator has best-in-class rear seat legroom and front and rear headroom. The Gladiator Rockslide package is available on Rubicon and Mojave models.
Orders for the new 2026 Jeep Wrangler and Jeep Gladiator Rockslide models will open in April. Pricing will be $695 on top of comparably equipped models with a body‑color hardtop. On Rubicon and Mojave, Rockslide adds body‑color fender flares, and on Sahara, it adds a unique rock rail, also for $695. Jeep’s Twelve 4 Twelve Wrangler Models
As I mentioned, the Rockslide is the fifth of the Jeep Wrangler Twelve 4 Twelve special editions. The first was the Wrangler Moab 392. The 2026 Wrangler 392 is almost exactly $20,000 dollars cheaper than the 2025 model. The head of Jeep is using phrases like “no frills” and “back to basics” to describe the more affordable HEMI-powered Moab Wranglers. “Our community made their voices heard, and we listened. The 6.4-liter HEMI® V-8 will remain a defining force within the Jeep lineup,” said Bob Broderdorf, Jeep’s CEO.
Jeep’s second special edition throws it all the way back to 1941 with special detailing honoring the classic CJ-Universal and its iconic Arctic White top. The 2026 Jeep Wrangler Whitecap has a white painted hardtop and grille making it look retro. The special edition is only available on the Sahara and Rubicon trims, so while it looks old-school, it will have the most modern off-road equipment.
The Jeep Wrangler’s third special edition debuted in January and is a commemorative 85th Anniversary edition. This special Wrangler harkens back to some earlier Jeep Americana with plaid upholstery and other design touches. The celebration also extends to the Jeep Gladiator 85th Anniversary edition, bringing the same heritage‑inspired designs to the industry's only Wrangler-inspired mid-size pickup.
The Jeep Wrangler’s fourth special edition is designed to thrill off-roaders who want true HEMI power at a more affordable price. It may anger some people who bought the 2024 Jeep Wrangler 392 Final Edition because the 2026 version is $30,000 cheaper. Of course, the 2026 Wrangler Willys 392 doesn’t have all of the upgrades and luxury appointments of the Final Edition, but most Wrangler buyers don’t care. In fact, many have complained about too much technology was being forced on them as the prices climbed higher and higher. Many Wrangler buyers just want a vehicle that they can hit the trails and have fun with. It appears that the 2026 Wrangler Willys 392 is exactly that vehicle.
The Jeep Wrangler Twelve 4 Twelve special editions are an interesting mix. The Rockslide appears to be the edition that focuses mainly on appearance upgrades adding fashionable colors. Most of the others combined specific engine or capability upgrades, along with detailing. Jeeps says it is intent on creating a Wrangler for every driver who wants one and making the off-roaders more affordable is exactly the move many drivers were waiting for.
