Jeep Wants to Make Your Dog a Star

Jeep is reaching out to all Jeep fans to find the dog that best epitomizes the outdoor brand. Jeep is running a new contest to pick the Jeep Top Canine. The winning pooch will be featured in Jeep's social media campaign.

Does Tucker light up when he gets to ride in your 2020 Jeep Wrangler? Does Pepper know exactly where to sit in your 2020 Jeep Gladiator? Do other drivers always wave to Shelby when she is looking out the window of your Jeep Grand Cherokee? Everyone thinks their dog is the cutest, most loyal or best companion but Jeep is looking for one to star in its social media campaign.

Americans Love Their Jeeps and Their Dogs

The American Pet Products Association estimated in 2019 that there are 90 million pet dogs in America. The trade group also estimates that nearly 80 million households in America has either a dog or a cat. For many, their dog is a member of the family. You see pets riding in vehicles no matter where you go. Jeep believes that Jeep owners are particularly fond of dogs and they are looking to put an adorable furry face on some of the brand’s social media.

Jeep is asking fans to submit photos of their dogs, in their Jeep of course, as the company searches to find the Jeep’s top dog. The winning dog will be featured in some of Jeep’s social media for a year.

How to Enter the #JeepTopCanine Contest

According to Jeep, here’s what it takes to enter.
“Fans can post pics of their pups with #JeepTopCanine hashtag on Instagram and Twitter, or upload on image to www.JeepTopCanine.com, until Monday, August 3.”

Jeep will select eight photos and post them on www.JeepTopCanine.com. Fans can vote from August 11-18 for their favorite. The winning dog or #JeepTopCanine will be announced on National Dog Day, August 26, 2020. The winning pup will be featured in some of Jeep’s social media content for a year.

This is the first time that Jeep has held a contest of this type to find the #JeepTopCanine. For more information on the #JeepTopCanine search, visit www.JeepTopCanine.com.
