The Project Gravity Is Coming Out In 2024! What You Need To Know

The Project Gravity has the potential to be one of the best SUVs in the world. Why are $LCID investors so excited?

The Lucid Motors Project Gravity will be one of the most highly regarded electric SUVs in the world and will have serious demand. Here is why Lucid investors are so excited to hear more about the vehicle.

Here Is What We Know About The Gravity

The Gravity will have a single motor option as well as a dual motor option that will have more horsepower and range. Lucid Motors is known for their incredibly efficient electric motor. This allows the batteries that they use to really achieve tremendous power and performance.

Since the Project Gravity is going to be using the Lucid Electric Advance Platform, it will almost certainly have similar performance and luxurious interior that the LucidAir has.

The LucidAir already has the largest frunk to date, so the Project Gravity will almost certainly blow the frunk dimensions away and become the vehicle with the largest frunk ever. Other EV companies are either on board with the frunk, or use that space for HVAC systems, whereas Tesla and Lucid have built gigantic frunks. Consumers love the extra space that frunks bring because the more storage the better. This will make the Project Gravity much more spacious and we already know that the Lucid designers are going to take full advantage of all of the interior space.

The Gravity Is Delayed A Few Months

After some disappointing news that the project Gravity will be delayed a couple months, investors and Lucid Motors supporters were definitely not too happy. However, the project Gravity is going to well be worth the wait. It was only delayed a few months and with all of the issues going on with supply chain issues, this is not a big deal at all.

The Lucid team has created a very spacious and airy feel in their flagship sedan and will bring that expertise to the Gravity almost seamlessly. The Interior and Cargo space will compete with a plethora of competitors and could take a significant market share away from other luxury electric SUVs.

What Caused The Project Gravity To Be Delayed?

Demand of the Gravity is not the issue for the production delays. The delay is because of the global chip shortage and supply chain issues. So the couple more months that Gravity reservation holders have to wait is not a deal breaker. As we have seen, other EV companies have delayed multiple projects before and for a company that just started production and deliveries not even a year ago, this is just a small hiccup.

Project Gravity will start to hit the road during 2024 and the Lucid team could not be more excited. The electric SUV could be one of the most sought out luxury vehicles that we have seen and could actually seat 7 lucky passengers with some upgrades.

My Thoughts On The Project Gravity

Lucid Motors have created a great deal of hype and have already opened reservations for the Gravity. It will compete to be the most luxurious electric SUV on the market and also have performance and range to compete on the race track. The unbelievable thing about Lucid’s electric motors is that it can achieve a great deal of horsepower and performance with almost everything.

Atieva, which was Lucid Motors before Atieva changed its name to Lucid, turned a van into a high performance sports car on the track. Eden, which was the name of Atievas van, beat both a Tesla and Ferreri in a drag race in 2016. This just shows the power that Lucid Motors battery technology can be implemented in any size vehicle. The Gravity will almost certainly have very similar performance to the LucidAirs and could beat out the competitors in performance, luxury and space. I am very excited for more information on Project Gravity.
