Nissan has just announced pricing on the 600hp GT-R NISMO and it’s a lot more than you think. The 2016 Nissan GT-R NISMO MSRP was $149,900. The new 2017 GT-R NISMO costs a whopping $174,990, a $25,090 price bump over the outgoing model.

Is it worth the extra $25,000?

The 2017 GT-R NISMO gets a complete remodel and performance enthusiasts will take the hit for the revamp. It does get new exterior styling, and an enhanced body structure with refined suspension tuning.

It also received a new interior design featuring Nappa leather-wrapped instrument panel, 8-inch capacitive touch panel monitor, new steering wheel mounting of paddle shifters and a new lightweight seat design.

The potent 2017 Nissan GT-R NISMO boasts better overall balance and performance than the outgoing model. Nissan improved an already impressive machine.

The 2017 Nissan GT-R NISMO is only available for a very limited number of buyers in North America. Add the $1,595 destination and handling fee and you will need to shell out $176,585 for the all-new remodeled high-performance machine.
