4 reasons why 2016 Subaru WRX/STI achieves best August on record

The Subaru 2016 WRX STI and XV Crosstrek see the best August on record. What are keys to their success?

Our neighbors up north are snatching up the 2016 Subaru WRX/STI performance cars in record numbers. They are also fond of the XV Crosstrek crossover as both models in the Subaru lineup achieved the best August ever in Canada. Consumers in Canada are being drawn to the brand because of Subaru’s core values that created a niche market that is keeping the Japanese automaker number one in growth in the industry.

There are four core values that Subaru touts as the keys to their success. They are sporty performance, adventure, active lifestyle and safety. Each one is contributing to the brands overall success. We can see each one of these values in every vehicle in their lineup. From the number one selling Forester SUV to the high-performance WRX STI, they all hold the keys to Subaru’s success around the globe.

Subaru Canada is experiencing another record year even with limited inventory. Subaru is pumping out their vehicles as fast as Fuji Heavy Industries can make them. The brand is appealing to a wider audience and is attracting new buyers who have never purchased a Subaru vehicle. Shiro Ohta, chairman, president and CEO of Subaru Canada says, “This rate of growth has created extraordinary consumer interest even with limited inventory.”

The 2016 Subaru WRX STI is an iconic performance car with a history that goes back to it’s World Rally Championship (WRC) roots. Some of those WRC cars will be on display at the LA Global Rallycross event this coming weekend. Performance enthusiasts will get to see eleven iconic WRC championship cars, Subaru WRX STIs and BRZs that will be on display.

2016 Subaru WRX STI is selling well all over the globe and performance enthusiasts in Canada are no different from those in the U.S., Australia and Europe. The new generation itineration is the evolution of the iconic rally-bred sports car that is as high on the fun-to-drive meter as you can get.
