3 New Subaru Leases Under $300 - One Is Good And Two You Should Avoid

Can you get a good deal on a 2022 Subaru Outback, Crosstrek, or Forester? Subaru offers three leases under $300; one is a good value, and two are not.

Subaru of America offers attractive lease deals on the 2022 Subaru Outback, Crosstrek, and Forester. A report from CarsDirect shows the best SUV leases are under $300 per month, and Subaru offers three models with these deals. One model is the best value, and there are two you should avoid.

Some lease deals are better than others. A 36-month lease on the 2022 Subaru Crosstrek is offered for $245 per month (depending on your area), with $2,945 due at signing. It sounds like a good deal, but it's only available on the base trim level.

What is the price of the 2022 Crosstrek?

The 2022 Subaru Crosstrek comes in five trim levels for customers. The base trim is priced from $24,320, Premium ($25,470), Sport ($28,670), Limited ($30,170) and Crosstrek Hybrid ($37,520). Prices include destination and delivery fees that increase ($1,175).

A 36-month lease on the 2022 Subaru Forester is offered for $275 per month (depending on your area), with $3,175 due at signing. It also sounds like a good deal for compact SUV shoppers, but it's only available on the base trim level.

What is the price of the 2022 Forester?

The 2022 Forester comes in six trim levels; The Base Forester starts at $27,070, Premium ($30,070), Sport ($31,640), Limited ($33,750), new Wilderness ($34,695), and Touring ($37,170). Pricing includes destination and delivery fees ($1,175).

The base Subaru Crosstrek and Forester trim levels are attractively priced, and they are $1,100 to $3,000 less than the Premium trims. The base models come with Subaru's Symmetrical all-wheel-drive, standard EyeSight safety technology, Starlink multimedia, and 8.7-inches of ground clearance. Few buyers ever buy the base trim because it's not the best value.

The base trims only come with 17-inch steel wheels and more features buyers want, like a power driver's seat, heated seats and mirrors, keyless access, and push-button start.

The Crosstrek Premium trim adds a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shifter handle, fog lights, an all-weather package with heated front seats, Starlink safety and security, and an available 6-way power-adjustable driver's seat.

The Forester Premium trim adds Starlink Safety and Security, a 10-way power driver's seat, keyless access with push-button start, sliding panoramic moonroof, 17-inch alloy wheels, and an all-weather package with heated front seats.

Subaru of America offers a 36-month lease on the 2022 Subaru Outback for $299 per month (depending on your area), with $3,499 due at signing. This is a good deal for midsize SUV shoppers because it's offered on the 2022 Outback Premium trim level.

The Outback Premium is a good value

The Subaru Outback 2.5i Premium is where most buyers will land. Unless you need the Outback XT's extra power and off-pavement capability, you will pay around $4,000-$6,000 less for a comparably equipped 2.5i trim level and approximately $8,000 less than the Wilderness trim.

The 2022 Outback Premium adds Starlink safety and security, Starlink 11.6-inch multimedia plus, a 10-way power driver's seat, an all-weather package with heated front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, and LED fog lights.

What is the price of the 2022 Outback?

The 2022 Outback comes in eight trim levels; the base trim is priced from $28,820, Premium ($31,020), Limited ($35,470), Touring ($39,370), Onyx Edition XT ($37,020), new for 2022, Outback Wilderness ($38,870), Limited XT ($39,870), and Touring XT ($41,820). Pricing includes $1,175 destination and
delivery fees.

Subaru of America offers attractive lease deals on the 2022 Subaru Outback, Crosstrek, and Forester. The Outback Premium is the best value for midsize SUV shoppers. You should avoid the 2022 Crosstrek base and 2022 Forester base trim levels because they aren't the best value.
