Bio

Denis grew up in a garage working on his dad's 57' Chevy; his passion for cars began, leading to a successful automotive career. After thirteen years of owning an automotive consulting business, Denis became familiar with all makes and models of cars, SUVs, and trucks while working directly with every major car brand. He brings over thirty years of the combined auto industry and automotive journalism experience to Torque News readers. He is an accredited member of the Rocky Mountain Automotive Press (RMAP).

His passion for performance cars led him to spend the last twenty years bringing that experience to his readers, covering the latest cars, trucks, SUVs, new-car launches, and car shows. Ten years have been spent with Torque News, covering most major brands and the latest car reviews.

Denis writes about Subaru and has tracked the Japanese automaker's cars for decades. He has no affiliation with the brand and reports from a completely independent perspective. Check out his daily expert analysis here.
