Build Your 2019 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye Online Now

Just a day after I published my full drive review of the 2019 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye, the Build & Price feature for the 797-horsepower Mopar muscle car has gone live on Dodge.com – allowing everyone to find out how much they need to save to bring one home.

Yesterday, I brought you my full review of the 2019 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye, one of the first of its kind to be published. It has proven to be very popular, leading some people to look into buying one, but they quickly found that as of yesterday, the 2019 Challenger wasn’t available on Dodge.com. As an interesting coincidence, that changed today, with the Redeye finally appearing on the company’s website, complete with the Build & Price feature.

This allows everyone to price out their dream Challenger Redeye and today, we bring you a closer look at the numbers for the 797-horsepower Dodge coupe.

Update: We have learned that the 2019 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye information is not complete and in some cases, it may not be accurate. The 2019 Challenger figures were purely preliminary info that was serving as a placeholder as the brand prepares to add that model to their website. This is why there weren’t pictures and why some of the options that we know will be offered were not listed. The link where we got this information has since been removed from Dodge.com, so we have removed the link that we included below.

In other words, the numbers discussed below, the numbers on the page on Dodge.com that we linked at the end of the article and that are being discussed all over social media are likely to change when the 2019 Challenger Build & Price page fully goes live on the brand’s website. In speaking with our dealership connections, we have already found some discrepancies in the dealer order guide numbers compared to the preliminary information on Dodge.com (that is now gone).

With this in mind, don’t go into your local dealership expecting to pay these figures, as they are not official and the proper figures may vary.

Full Redeye Pricing Information
The 2019 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye has a base price of $72,745, including the $1,700 Gas Guzzler Tax and the $1,395 Destination Fee. This pricing includes the standard-width body, the 797-horsepower supercharged engine and the uniquely-tuned 8-speed automatic transmission with the torque convertor from the 840-horsepower Demon.

Option packages for the Redeye include the Widebody Package for $6,000, the Driver Convenience Group for $1,095, the Plus Package for $1,695, the Technology Group for $1,295, the rear seat delete for $1 and the Laguna Leather Package and the Alcantara Appearance Package, both of which cost $1,795.

The Driver Convenience Group adds blind spot and rear cross-path detection, HID headlights and power folding side mirrors. The Plus Package adds dark engine turned accents, seats with the Hellcat logo and a power tilt and telescoping steering wheel. The Technology Group adds adaptive cruise control, automatic high beams, forward collision warning and rain sensing wipers.

Exterior options include Black, Gray or Orange brake calipers for $495, the engine block heater for $95, B5 Blue paint for $69, Plum Crazy paint for $70, Matte Vapor wheels for $995, Brass Monkey wheels for $1,095, summer tires for $695, the matte black painted hood for $1,995, the full matte black top paint for $3,495 and the new SRT Performance Spoiler for $695.

Interior options include the red seats for $295, Navigation for $795, the power sunroof for $1,995 and red seat belts for $295.

Building the Redeye
If you are looking to get into a 2019 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye for as little money as possible, this package with only the summer performance tires and no other options offers all of the Redeye performance with an MSRP of $73,440. If you want the Redeye performance with the added grip of the Widebody Package, the MSRP (again with the summer performance tires) rises to $79,440.

So, if you want a 797-horsepower Challenger with the most grip, you can get into a new Redeye for under $80,000, but what about those buyers who aren’t worried about a budget?

If you price out a Redeye Widebody with the orange painted Brembo calipers, the engine block heater, the Driver Convenience Group, the Plus Package, the Alcantara Appearance Package, the Technology Group, the rear seat delete, Plum Crazy paint, the full black graphics package, the new SRT performance spoiler, navigation, red seat belts and the sunroof, the price tops out at $93,256 including Gas Guzzler Tax and Destination fees.
