What the 2021 Ram 1500 Limited Longhorn 10th Anniversary Edition Has in Common With Lucchese Boots

Lucchese is one of the most respected names in the boot business. Now Ram and Lucchese are launching a high-end boot line inspired by the craftmanship in the 2021 Ram 1500 Limited Longhorn 10th Anniversary Edition.

We may have found the perfect gift for the special person in your life, especially if that person loves their pickup truck and the incredible craftsmanship that went into it. The Ram 1500 has won countless awards since its was redesigned in 2018. Many of the awards are based on the luxurious interior that was designed by Ryan Nagode, the Chief Designer of Ram’s interiors. Now that same level of craftsmanship is available in a Lucchese boot inspired by the 2021 Ram Limited Longhorn 10th Anniversary Edition.

How Ram’s Luxury Interior Started

Nagode says that when he was considering how to improve the Ram’s interior more than a decade ago, he and his team wandered into several Western stores in Texas.

“Going into a boot shop and some of the saddle shops, and seeing the attention to detail, the creativity and the uniqueness, I knew that was fundamental to get into the Longhorn and even more so, play that up on the 10th Anniversary Edition,” Nagode says. Ram wants the anniversary edition to represent the pinnacle of Southwest luxury.

How The Ram 1500’s Interior is Influencing Boot Design

Ram is now working with the Texas-based Lucchese boot company on a line of premium handcrafted boots for men and women. “Elements from boot designs and saddle designs very much influenced our design process,” Nagode says. “I love the fact that we are able to collaborate now with Lucchese, and work together to come out with something that, for them, is a takeoff on our interior. It was a full circle, 360-degree process that happened over time, which is great.”

”We’re excited to launch our design collaboration with premium boot maker Lucchese, showcasing again how the Ram Truck brand takes great pride in delivering a high level of quality and craftsmanship in every product delivered to customers,” said Marissa Hunter, vice president of marketing – North America. "This one-of-a-kind collection brings together these two high end brands, drawing inspiration from the premium materials featured inside the Ram Limited Longhorn 10th Anniversary Edition.”
