Elon Musk Reiterates Tesla Strong Fundamentals Despite Stock Price Dropping 65% In 2022

Elon Musk has just shared that he sees Tesla's long term fundamentals as strong despite a large drop in stock price for 2022. This is good news for Tesla

Tesla CEO Elon Musk just shared his assurance that Tesla's long term fundamentals are extremely strong and that the short-term market is unpredictable. This bodes well for Tesla as Elon Musk can't say anything related to Tesla unless it is rooted in reality and fact.

There have been many fluctuations of Tesla stock price over the year, but one thing that has remained constant is the growth of Tesla's revenue, deliveries, and total production.

Tesla has also built new factories over the years, starting with Fremont, Nevada, then Giga Shanghai, then Giga Berlin and Giga Texas. There's even talk of a new factory happening in South Korea and Mexico and most likely we will get an announcement about that soon.

If you are wondering about Tesla and if it is going to succeed, I would listen to what Elon Musk is saying and also, in my own opinion, owning a Tesla Model 3 RWD and listening to Elon on the conference calls and on Twitter, I have confidence that Tesla is headed in the right direction too.

Tesla Will Still Fluctuate

If you are still worried about Tesla or its stock price, realize that Tesla stock is down 65% this year, yet the company has grown tremendously, with an expectation of anywhere between 40% to 50% growth in vehicle deliveries.

The Energy Business, particularly Megapack, is also a sleeping giant. This means that we should expect to see revenue and profits from Energy start to soar quarter after quarter moving forward.

Many have called for Tesla to have a new board of directors and some have even called for Elon Musk to step down as CEO. This is a bad idea, in my opinion, because Tesla is everything it is because of Elon's leadership.

Some have touted that demand in China is a downer for Tesla and is going to hurt the business. I don't think so - long term, I think China's economy is going to be strong and eventually, they will turn around the short term problems they are having.

Look for Tesla to continue to grow and have strong fundamentals. The stock price right now is a gift, in my opinion. Do you think Tesla has strong fundamentals? If not, why?
