The newly-refreshed 2018 Subaru Legacy sedan is coming this summer with refreshed styling, an updated, quieter cabin and improved driving dynamics. Subaru of America has released pricing on the all-wheel-drive Legacy and the mid-cycle updates come with a small bump in price for all trim levels.

The 2018 Legacy pricing starts at $22,195 for the base 2.5i (+$200), the 2.5i Premium has a starting MSRP of $24,295 (+$300), 2.5i Sport $26,345 (+$350), 2.5i Limited $29,095 (+$255), and 3.6R Limited trim $31,945 (+305). Pricing does not include destination and delivery ($915).

Here’s what consumers will get with the refreshed 2018 Legacy sedan. All trims come standard with Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive system. It’s still the only sedan in America that comes standard with all-wheel drive. This makes the Legacy the ultimate all-weather, cold-climate performer.

What’s new for 2018?

The 2018 Legacy gets re-sculpted front and rear bumpers, redesigned side mirrors for improved aerodynamics and help reduce wind noise inside the cabin. The Legacy cabin has been updated for 2018, sporting new chrome trim around the larger center console and it also gets a new steering wheel design. Revised available dual-zone climate controls include sleek integrated digital displays for driver and passenger.

The door and dashboard panels now feature contrast stitching, and available wood-patterned trim with aluminum-finish accents gives the interior a new impression. The cabin is now quieter and includes upgrades such as acoustic insulated side glass in front doors and insulated rear wheel well liners. A tire pressure monitoring system that displays individual wheel pressure is also standard.

New available LED Steering Responsive Headlights improve visibility around corners, actively tracking in the direction of a turn to enhance safety. Legacy’s fully-independent suspension has been retuned for upgraded road feel, more confident handling, and a quieter ride. Also new is an available Titanium Gray interior color option.

The newly-refreshed 2018 Subaru Legacy is still the only sedan in America with standard all-wheel-drive. It’s coming this summer with refreshed styling, an updated, quieter cabin and improved driving dynamics with a small bump in price. The Legacy is built in the U.S. alongside the Outback wagon and Impreza compact at the Subaru of Indiana Automotive (SIA) plant in Lafayette, Indiana. The refreshed 2018 models will begin arriving in showrooms this summer.
