It also comes with seamless integration of information with navigation with SiriusXM Traffic and Travel Link. What about value performance?

New technology is important, but can the new WRX STI keep up its reputation as a good value for performance enthusiasts? According to ALG it can and still does. The 2017 WRX and WRX STI just picked up another award for high-value performance.

2016 ALG Canadian Residual Value Awards

The 2017 WRX/STI is keeping the momentum going. More recognition of the low depreciation and high-value performance of the WRX and WRX STI comes from our neighbors up north. The 2016 ALG Canadian Residual Value Awards were recently announced and WRX/STI wins the Best Sports Car category. This is the fifth time in eight years the performance Subarus have taken the top honors. Subaru Canada also won the 2016 ALG Best Mainstream Brand award, for the second year in a row.

A new Time Attack STI

Subaru has been involved in motorsports with the WRX/STI for decades and they are ramping up the STI for even more thrills next month. Subaru has been collaborating with STI and Prodrive and has built a one-off Subaru WRX STI purpose-built machine to try and break the Isle of Man TT lap record. It will take place next month. Subaru is keeping the momentum going with the 2017 Subaru WRX STI with new high-tech features, residual value awards and a new Time Attack STI. Stay tuned.
