Nissan Sets Pricing as 2015 Sentra Enters Showrooms

The 2015 Nissan Sentra sees little change in its price structure from 2014, though the lineup of trim points has been simplified to only six.

Many of the changes for the 2015 Sentra focus on the most popular trim, the SV, which sees several additional standard features. Standard features have also been added to the entry-level S grade as well as additions for the sporty SR trim point.

Pricing for the entry-level Sentra S with a six-speed manual transmission begins at $16,480, plus destination. A standard USB connection port, Bluetooth phone connectivity, illuminated steering wheel audio controls, Smart Auto Headlights and cruise control have all been added to this base trim. The Sentra S can also be had in an Xtronic transmission (continuously variable, automatic) starting at $17,330 before destination. The 2015 Sentra FE+ S Xtronic begins at $17,730.

The SV trim point begins with the 2015 Sentra SV Xtronic at $18,300 and sees several new additions as standard. These include Intelligent Key, RearView Monitor, NissanConnect with Mobile Apps, a five-inch color display, SiriusXM Satellite Radio connectivity, Bluetooth phone connectivity with streaming audio, Hands-free text messaging, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, Smart Auto Headlights and Easy-Fill Tire Alert.

The Sentra SR Xtronic model starts at $19,910 and adds standard heated front seats and outside mirrors with LED turn indicators to the SV package. The previous Driver's Package is now integrated into this trim level as well, putting on rear disc brakes, and an upgraded six-speaker audio system.

The Sentra SL Xtronic is the top-most trim level for the new Sentra, starting at $20,670 and adding leather upholstery and an auto-dimming mirror with HomeLink.

All Sentra models now have ten color choices, with four new additions that include Titanium, Red Alert (SR-only), Cayenne Red, and Fresh Powder.

The manufacturer's suggested retail prices given here are before destination fees.
