Jaguar XF Sportbrake Wears Some Interesting Camouflage

Automakers try all sorts of camouflage to disguise their vehicles. But Jaguar takes the cake for having one of the most interesting ones used on a vehicle.

Wearing a tennis ball pattern camouflage is the upcoming Jaguar XF Sportbrake. Why it is wearing this is an interesting story on its own.

It begins with a Scottish fan tweeting at tennis star Andy Murray about the Bunabhainneadar tennis court on the remote Scottish isle of North Harris, saying it should be added to the ATP tour. Murray couldn't believe this was real, so he asked Jaguar to send another former tennis pro (and brand ambassador) Tim Henman to pickup the fan and investigate the tennis court. Jaguar obliged by using an XF Sportbrake prototype as the vehicle for this mission. You can check out the film below.

But we're more interested in the XF Sportbrake itself and Jaguar has dropped one new detail. The production model will be shown on June 14th. Jaguar also claims in a press release that the Sportbrake "will be the most dynamic premium estate car in the world".

One thing we do know for sure, the XF Sportbrake will be coming to the U.S. When that will be is still up in the air.
