Don’t Show This Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness Video To Your Husband

If you show your husband this video, he will want to buy the new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness. Check out the video, but you have been warned.

If you want to avoid buying a new vehicle this year, don't show the video below to your husband. The YouTube video shows the all-new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness trim level in action. It gets intense as the Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness tries some tricky off-road maneuvers.

If your husband sees the video, he will want to buy the new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness. Here is what happened and why the video was made.

2024 Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness climbing a steep hill

At a gathering of Subaru enthusiasts known as MtnRoo, they recently convened for an eventful meetup. During this occasion, they had the exciting opportunity to witness the 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness embark on an exhilarating off-road adventure.

Dubbed the "Camp, Cookout, and Cruise Event," this Subaru meetup served a dual purpose—it provided an unforgettable experience for the participants and contributed to a charitable cause.

The event raised over half a ton of food, benefiting the Philabundance Food Bank, a local non-profit organization. At the same time, attendees witnessed the Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness in its favorite habitat—the wild.

2024 Crosstrek Wilderness in a steep off road climb

Here are a few details about the new Crosstrek Wilderness I covered in a previous report.

Off-Road Wheels with All-Terrain Tires

Subaru says standard 17-inch matte black-finish alloy off-road wheels "add powerful, practical style" and feature all-terrain Yokohama Geolander tires for improved mud, snow, gravel, and rock performance.

Subaru Boxer engine and revised drivetrain gearing

The 182-horsepower, 2.5-liter Subaru engine with a lower final-drive ratio for improved low-speed climbing is designed for severe off-roading, with up to a 38-degree grade and a more substantial rear differential.

9.3 Inches of ground clearance with front skid plate, improved angles, and dual-function X-Mode.

The Crosstrek Wilderness rises above rough terrain and adverse conditions with 9.3 inches of ground clearance, a standard front skid plate, and unique bumpers that help improve approach and departure angles. Standard dual-function X-Mode provides settings that can optimize traction for varying conditions, including dirt, deep snow, and mud.

Standard roof rails

The standard roof rails on the Crosstrek Wilderness can handle up to 700 pounds of static load for bikes, kayaks, or even a rooftop tent. Extra tie-down points provide even more cargo-hauling versatility, so you can bring any gear you need.

Anti-Glare hood design

The Crosstrek Wilderness features a matte-black hood decal that helps reduce glare for a better view of the trail and adds an extra style element.

Water-Repellent StarTex upholstery

The Crosstrek Wilderness interior features advanced StarTex water-repellent upholstery for high-quality comfort, durability, and easy clean-up.

3,500-pound towing capacity

If you have cargo and bikes or larger equipment like boats, the Crosstrek Wilderness lets you haul the gear you need for your latest expedition with 3,500 pounds of towing capacity.

For extreme outdoor enthusiasts, Subaru of America now offers the 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness trim level. It is different from every other small SUV. Don't show this video to your husband. The new Crosstrek Wilderness will sit in your garage before the new year.
