You should order a 2022 Subaru Forester now if you are thinking of buying a new model. The 2023 Forester will likely get a price increase and no upgrades. Subaru will also increase the destination and delivery fees, adding additional costs to the 2023 models.

The Subaru Forester Wilderness is already a big success right out of the gate. Subaru of America doesn't need to change the rugged SUV, including giving it a new engine. Subaru will wait until the 2024 model year to update the Wilderness trim with significant upgrades.
