How do these topic forums get out of order anyway?

Newest First

They show the "newest" (most recently updated) first, so when someone replies to a conversation in an earlier day's forum, it puts it on top of the list (underneath the "sticky" posts for the rules, obviously). To me, it makes reading the latest updates easier, since the "new" is always on top. But I'm silly like that.
