As I reported earlier this week, Jeep revealed a new 2025 Jeep Wagoneer S trim package at the Chicago Auto Show. The 2025 Jeep Wagoneer S Limited joins the Launch edition for Jeep’s all-new battery electric vehicle. Jeep has lowered the price for the Limited, charging $5,000 less for the new package. The Limited trim adds a new exterior color and best-in-class screen space of 45 inches.
“The Jeep Wagoneer S signifies our reentry into the premium midsize market, delivering an unparalleled blend of style, performance and capability that our customers desire for their daily commutes,” said Bob Broderdorf, chief executive officer, Jeep brand. “The new Limited model, starting at an appealing price of $66,995, further enhances its attractiveness, making it a top choice for those seeking the best in electric SUVs.”
2025 Jeep Wagoneer S Limited Features:
- A black roof and mirror caps
- 20-inch machined aluminum wheels
- Dual-pane panoramic sunroof
- 10-way heated front seats
- Maximum usable screen space of more than 45 inches, best-in-class among EVs
- More than 170 standard safety and security features, including Drowsy Driver Alert
- Hydro Blue exterior color and Arctic Grey interior color
- Available front passenger screen
Jeep is promising that the Wagoneer S EV will deliver 4xe capability and have state of the art technology. The midsize SUV will have up to 600 horsepower and 617 lb.-ft. of instantaneous torque. The Wagoneer S has a lightning-quick 0-60 mph acceleration time of 3.4 seconds. It should get 300 miles of range on a full charge. Consumers will be able to take free test rides during Chicago Auto Show public days. It will be on the Chicago Drives Electric track.
Newsweek recently named the Jeep Wagoneer S “One of the Most Anticipated Vehicles of 2025.”
In its review, Newsweek says,
“Jeep was supposed to bring the Wagoneer S to market in the autumn of 2024, but it's been put on hold to make it "perfect" quality, said Antonio Filosa, chief executive officer of Jeep, in September. The company told Newsweek that they will have fresh launch timing information available "soon." The 600-horsepower electric SUV pairs power with the company's traction management system to deliver a zippy drive. Jeep promises a range of 300 miles from a single charge. With a 19-speaker McIntosh sound system, electronic door releases, 45 inches of usable screen space and customizable LED lighting, Wagoneer S is positioned to be the most technologically advanced Jeep on the market. The Jeep Wagoneer S Launch Edition will be the first model out of the gate. It is priced at $71,995 including the destination charge.”
Jeep Making Charging Easier
Every Jeep Wagoneer S purchase or lease includes a 48-amp Level 2 home charger or public charging credits of equal value through Free2move Charge – Stellantis’ 360-degree charging ecosystem.
To make charging quick and easy for customers, the Jeep Wagoneer S carries an efficient 400-volt, 100-kilowatt-hour battery pack that charges the vehicle from 20-80% in 23 minutes with DC fast charger.
The 2025 Jeep Wagoneer S Limited is available to order online with a starting U.S. MSRP of $66,995, including $1,795 destination charge. As of right now, the 2025 Wagoneer S qualifies for Inflation Reduction Act lease EV credits ($7,500 for retail and lease purchases). It is unclear if President Trump will change the EV credits.
