How To Improve The New Subaru Crosstrek's Attitude For $672

Do you want your new 2020 Subaru Crosstrek to have a bit more attitude? Check out the new wheels from LP Aventure.

The 2020 Subaru Crosstrek looks good with stock wheels from the factory, but if you bolt on a set of LP5 wheels it changes the attitude of the subcompact SUV. For $168.00 USD the all-black aluminum alloy wheel can change the whole look of your Crosstrek. Inspired by the companies' off-roading and rallying history, the wheels look sick on the all-wheel-drive vehicle.

LP Aventure in Quebec, Canada makes the new LP5 black wheels. The wheels also come in bronze for the Subaru Crosstrek, Forester, Outback, and Ascent models. You can improve the look of the new-generation Crosstrek with new wheels and increase the ground clearance of your vehicle with a lift kit. It gives it a more aggressive stance for more extreme off-road pursuits. They also make skid plates and bumper guards.

Subaru infused Crosstrek with some attitude right from the factory with lower bodyside cladding standard on all models, which helps protect against mud, rocks, and other road debris. You won’t need to worry about scraping the lower body while traveling through scrub brush, a river, or a rocky trail if you add a skid plate that covers your oil pan and differential.

The Crosstrek subcompact has been a model in the Subaru stable since 2012 and it’s used by active individuals who take it on back-country adventures to go hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, kayaking, and camping. Subaru says 30 percent of Crosstrek owners take their vehicle off-road. For more fun in the dirt and extreme off-road situations, Subaru’s X-Mode traction assist system is standard on all second-generation Crosstrek trims.

The only issue with this set up is the weight.
Especially when matched with the all to common BFG KO AT tires........ this set up adds 50+ lbs of unsprung weight to a drivetrain that’s already significantly under powered.

True it looks great but when compared to Sparco Terras and Falken Wildpeak AT ..... the unsprung weight added by the LP Adventure wheels and BFG ATs is criminal
