Mercedes-Benz is well known for driving the future of the automobile, but proud to carry forward everything the company has ever imagined, studied, and learned along the way. The company builds on past in a way that is unique in the auto industry.

Not sure if this is news, but it's a review to say the least.

IFPE 2011 keynote address to feature hydraulic hybrids

The IFPE 2011 will enjoin with the 52nd National Conference on Fluid Power (NCFP) in March in Las Vegas. While the NCFP will emphasize new technologies and methods related to improved analysis, design, manufacturing and performance of fluid power components and systems, one address and course stands out as directly related to autos.
