i tried to get more information from chrysler on the ins and outs of the Viper GTS-R but they said that more details will come "later" and all that they are really saying now is that the car exists...

we dont have permission to use that image. I guess that at this point, it might go unnoticed but it is album artwork and without permission to use it, i didnt want to risk it. i just used an image of the ats. plus, i doubt most people reading the articles know who the beach boys are...
for things that ive gotten from wikipedia that were listed as public usage license...but i still had to take them down. an album cover is something that im certain at one point would have been something that was not free for use. it might be fine now but id rather be safe.
