2024 Jeep Wrangler is Making it Easier to Conquer Six New Trails

Jeep is adding six new Badge of Honor Trails. See how the 2024 Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator will make them easier to master.

2023 seems to be the year that off-roading really caught fire. Jeep is a perennial off-road leader with several other brands fighting to elevate their trail skills this year. One of the ways that the 2024 Jeep Wrangler and the 2024 Jeep Gladiator is staying ahead of the competition is to help drivers better navigate the trails nationwide.

Jeep is Expanding its Badge of Honor Program to 68 Trails

Jeep is adding six new trails to its Badge of Honor program. The Jeep Badge of Honor program is an online community for off-road enthusiasts. Customers can download and use the Jeep Badge of Honor app to discover trail highlights. The Badge of Honor app also lists difficulty ratings and users can post photos. Off-roaders can also earn badges to display on their Jeep 4x4s. The 68 Jeep Badge of Honor trails include the Rubicon Trail in California, Hell’s Revenge in Utah and Jericho Mountain in New Hampshire.

New Jeep Badge of Honor trails include:

  • Quartz Canyon: Hot Springs Off-road Park, Arkansas
  • Barney Rubble Blue Trail #49: Anthracite Outdoor Adventure Area, Pennsylvania
  • Fern Ridge Trail #121: Anthracite Outdoor Adventure Area, Pennsylvania
  • C-2 Trail #141: Kansas Rocks Recreation Park, Kansas
  • Rattlesnake Alley Trail #149: Kansas Rocks Recreation Park, Kansas
  • Cougar Crossing: Southern Missouri Off-road Ranch, Missouri

How the 2024 Jeep Wrangler and 2024 Jeep Gladiator Will Help Drivers Master the Trails

Jeep is preloading all 68 Badge of Honor trails’ navigation guides into the new 2024 Jeep Wrangler and 2024 Jeep Gladiator. Having the off-road trail guides loaded right into the Jeep’s Uconnect 5 Navigation system will make it easier for drivers to navigate and master the trails, plus the guides point out special highlights on the trails as well as potential obstacles or pitfalls. Jeep will also make the system easy to upgrade with over-the-air updates. The guides are displayed on the Jeeps’ new 12.3-inch high-resolution screen. Owners can upgrade their Jeep Adventure Guides and receive detailed information and maps for more than 200 off-road destinations from coast to coast.

For even more adventures, owners can upgrade to an annual $39.99 premium subscription that unlocks Trails Offroad’s full catalog of 3,000-plus trail guides.

Since debuting on the 2024 Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator, Jeep Adventure Guides are being enhanced with a new Follow Mode that provides real-time information pop-ups for waypoints, such as intersection directions, obstacles or point of interests, as the driver approaches the waypoint on the trail. Also, for trails that can be traversed both directions, customers will be able to navigate to the end of the trail in addition to the start of the trail.
