Never Buy a Toyota with These Issues Says This Mechanic

Looking for a used Toyota? While Toyota does not normally have the major issues other car makes do, there are some minor issues that can affect that used Toyota’s worth. Follow along with this mechanic who explains what you should do before test driving not just a Toyota, but any used car as well when used car shopping.

Used Car Shopping

Shopping for a used car is risky business, but can be rewarding if you find a gem in the rough that needs just a little work to ensure it will last you many more miles.

One way to hedge your bets is to focus your search on models made by Toyota. However, there are caveats to this and you should understand that even Toyota’s have their share of problems. Most of which depend on just how well or how poorly the previous owner maintained their vehicle and/or where the Toyota lived most of its life.

That was the message in a recent Car Wizard YouTube channel episode where the host of the show sits down and goes over what you should be looking for in a used car that includes some minor issues that can be found in some models of Toyota.
