They willingly went because they were told to after hearing a lot of propaganda about how evil the other side was.

This should tie in with that road trip with your spouse article done yesterday. After all, it makes it a lot less intimate if you can't snuggle up in that front seat. This was the primary reason I've owned pickup trucks. :)
