I was there to witness it - and declined to cover it on TN

Basically, they like to go to different tracks and set track records with their electric race car. That's one of their main goals at the REFUEL events at Laguna Seca, to set the track record a little higher and get bragging rights for another year.

FWIW it did catch some attention from the attendees of the event.

Yup, they had a mockup

Yup, they had a mockup picture of the Kar in their booth at the SF Auto Show last fall, and apparently have been improving it since. Their office is 2 miles from where I live, I really should go over and take a look at what they're doing ...

This is getting annoying. I click on the car make name (in this case BMW) and it doesn't show the story at all. Not on the first page (which would be the last week or so) anyway. This happens routinely.
