Subaru delayed the launch of those "new" race cars and theyre terrible...theyre barely competitive and while I understand that they certainly dont have the best drivers in the GRC, the cars are so bad that even the best drivers couldnt win in them.
and I watched the race but I wasnt sure what contact he was penalized for? Was it at the beginning of the final run in turn 1? i didnt see much between the two of them at all.
