Nissan's autonomous cars, what "affordable" means and how does all this Autonomous Whatchacallit work anyway?

I will attempt to refrain from generalized bitching about the lack of perks automotive writing seems to have and the total lie your parents told you about "working hard and getting ahead" and all that. I may have to explain how the "$1,000" upgrade Nissan mentions for this auto-driving thing may increase due to inflation, depending on how hard the banksters screw over the economy again. Of course, $1k in 2020 will probably seem cheap compared to healthcare costs at this rate.

Is there a page limit to how much can publish at one time on Torque? This might get lengthy and I type pretty fast..

Ended up breaking this into two parts and utilizing a LOT of links, since coverage of the various technologies that make up the Auto Drive system have been news items several times in the past year.

There really isnt any length limit...Ive published pieces that were well over 3,000 words but if you have a topic that you can break cleanly until more than one piece, it could help bring in more traffic - especially if you mention that it is a series and you get some people checking back in for part two.
