Many people who are Toyota fans, as well as Tacoma enthusiasts, have been drawn to TRD Pro for years. And it is easy to see why.

This is a Toyota Tacoma trim level (or grade) that is sharp and rugged and tough. Plus it is perfect for off-road travels.

Equipped with locking rear differential, multi-terrain select and crawl control, there are not many obstacles Tacoma TRD Pro cannot tackle successfully.

Plus, its beefy Fox suspension system smooths and softens bumps and uneven trails for drivers and passengers.

New for 2021 Tacoma TRD Pro

Lunar Rock is the newest exclusive TRD Pro color. You will find this color choice on 2021 Tacoma TRD Pro, 2021 Tundra TRD Pro, 2021 4Runner TRD Pro and 2021 Sequoia TRD Pro.

This replaces Army Green, which was offered on 2020 Toyota TRD Pro models.

I have written before that Lunar Rock to me is kind of a combination of many different colors. Imagine going to Lowes paint department and asking them to mix in some gray and green and cement and silver.

Can you find 2021 Tacoma TRD Pro?

Every year one of the most challenging vehicles for truck buyers to find and purchase is a Tacoma TRD Pro.

Just look at TRD Pro in Army Green last year. This was extremely tough to find across the country. Many people had their names on waiting lists for 1 to 6 months for their chance to buy one.

Based on feedback I have received from dealerships from coast to coast, Lunar Rock TRD Pro will be just as popular, if not more popular, than Army Green.

“We already have 5 deposits for Tacoma Lunar Rock.” Reported one California dealer.

“3 people waiting for Tacoma TRD Pro (in Lunar Rock).” Said a Florida dealership.

A New York Toyota dealership salesperson told me they have 4 people on the waiting list for 2021 4Runner TRD Pro and 3 people for 2021 Tacoma TRD Pro in Lunar Rock.
