Now Is The Best Time For You To Go Buy A New Subaru Outback, Legacy

Subaru is dealing now on the 2019 Subaru Outback and Legacy. The best deals could still be out there.

The 2020 Subaru arrives soon, but the best deals are on now for the outgoing Outback models before the new model arrives sometime in August. If you hurry, you can get one of the last 3.6R six-cylinder Boxer engine models before they are gone forever. Subaru Corp discontinued the 3.6R trim in favor of the new 2.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder powerplant that comes in the new Outback Onyx Edition XT, Limited XT, and Touring XT models.

Subaru of America wants to move out all the remaining 2019 Outbacks before the new models arrive. We’ve heard they are offering around $2,000 off the MSRP, and all Outback trims are being offered with 0% financing now through July 1, 2019, for terms of up to 36 months. You can lease a 2019 Outback 2.5i trim for $249/Month on a 36-month lease.

2019 Subaru Outback DealLegacy too

Subaru is also offering the same incentives and special 0% financing on the 2019 Subaru Legacy sedan. The all-new 2020 Legacy also arrives this summer with a multitude of upgrades. Read our full coverage on the all-newly-redesigned Legacy here.

Why wait?

If you can wait, the all-new 2020 Outback comes with plenty of changes over the outgoing model. The big news is the new 2.4-liter turbo XT models. You can read the full review of the new turbo engine in the story below. There is also a new Onyx Edition XT trim featuring black-finish exterior elements, 18-inch alloy wheels and badging, and a gray two-tone interior.

The sixth-generation 2020 Outback rides on the new Subaru Global Platform that will improve driving dynamics, safety, and reduced cabin noise. Subaru’s EyeSight driver assist technology is now standard, and Outback is equipped for the first time in the U.S. with a Lane Centering Function.

2020 Subaru Outback Rear Gate

Subaru didn’t forget about the cabin. Highlighting Outback’s interior is an all-new tablet-style 11.6-inch full HD multimedia display. Outback gets a wider rear gate opening and a new Hands-Free power rear gate by simply waving in front of the Subaru emblem (positioned in the center of the rear gate) as well as a new single-touch lifting cargo cover.

If you want one of the last 3.6R six-cylinder models you better hurry. Subaru is moving out the outgoing models quickly before the all-new 2020 Outback SUV/Crossover arrives late this summer. The best deals could still be out there.

Why, did they finally fix the engines so they won't consume Saudi Arabia's daily oil production during daily driving?
