Fiat 500 Breast Cancer Themed

Breast Cancer themed pink Fiat 500 to benefit awareness month

The FIAT Brand is very excited to be teaming up with The Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) to produce 250 "Pink Ribbon" limited-edition Fiat 500 model cars. The vehicles will be available at FIAT Studios in October, which is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October is a very special time when many companies and individuals ban together to make a difference in the lives of those who have suffered with breast cancer or those who have known others who have suffered with breast cancer. The FIAT brand is committing itself to a $50,000 minimum donation for the cause.

For every FIAT that is sold, the brand plans to donate $1,000 from the proceeds directly to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation to help support the foundation's amazing mission. This mission: Helping in the prevention of breast cancer and helping in finding a cure in our lifetime by funding clinical and translational research worldwide.

The 2012 Fiat 500 "Pink Ribbon" limited-edition model will be designed exclusively for FIAT brand's partnership with The Breast Cancer Research Foundation and will be a beautiful sight to see. The automobile will be of modern iconic Italian styling. It will feature several exclusive design elements that will highlight the Cinquecento's iconic silhouette.

The Pink Ribbon limited-edition will be based on the 2012 Fiat 500 Lounge model. It will come available in Argento (silver) and Bianco (white) exterior paint colors and feature signature dark pink bodyside striping with the "500" logo and an accenting "ribbon" in light pink.

The interior of the Fiat 500 Pink Ribbon car will have unique pink accents contrasting the Nero (black) interior. The cars will have leather front and rear seats with pink accent stitching on the perimeter and signature "500" logo embroidered on the front seatbacks and a pink ribbon embroidered on the floor mats. Pink accents will be hand-stitched through the Nero leather steering wheel.

Laura Soave, the Head of FIAT North America made this statement in a press release: “We are honored to partner with an upstanding organization like The Breast Cancer Research Foundation that supports a cause so important to our consumers and our company.
