Elon Musk's Tweet Is a Good Update on Tesla Giga Berlin's Permit Situation

Elon Musk Tweets Appreciation of Tesla Giga Berlin Permit

In a rare appreciation of Tesla Giga Berlin's permit authorities, Elon Musk tweeted saying "I would also like to express appreciation for the permit authorities, as I know this is a large and complex project."

Brandenburg's Economy Minister Jorg Steinbach tweeted about his informal “catch-up” with Elon Musk at Giga Berlin earlier in the day. He seemed to be in a pleasant mood after the meeting Musk, noting the progress Giga Berlin’s construction has made over that last few months.

Elon Musk replied, writing, "Great progress so far! Thank you for the support from Brandenburg. I would also like to express appreciation for the permit authorities, as I know this is a large and complex project. When all the finishing touches are done, I hope it will be considered a jewel of Brandenburg!"

Tesla's CEO also met with German politicians during his visit to Grünheide. That became known on Tuesday in the social networks.

RBB reports that the Federal Transport Minister Andreas Scheuer (CSU) had posted a photo of his visit to the Tesla construction site on Instagram [instagram.com] . He can be seen in conversation with Musk, with the factory in the background. Underneath, Scheuer wrote literally: "A construction site visit on Monday evening at Tesla. What is being created here in Brandenburg is the future."

Musk had visited the car factory in Grünheide (Oder-Spree) on Monday. After it became known that Musk had arrived at BER by plane on Sunday evening, numerous Musk admirers had gathered at the car factory construction site.
