Tesla CEO Elon Musk is offering more clarity about Tesla Cybertruck Gigafactory's next location and talks about conditions that need to be met for Tesla to make a decision on that particular location.
Ever since Tesla CEO Elon Musk announced that Tesla was gathering information for locations in the central US for a new gigafactory to build its electric pickup truck dubbed “Cybertruck Gigfactory”, several states and regions have submitted bids to try to attract the plant.
Now Musk says The Tesla Cybertruck Gigafactory needs to be more than halfway to east coast and needs to meet the following conditions besides incentives.
“Incentives play a role, but so do logistics costs, access to a large workforce with a wide range of talents, and quality of life" says Elon Musk.
