How I unexpectedly traded my Tacoma with a 2012 Ford F150 Lariat

One afternoon when Will Carlton went to some dealerships with his Toyota Tacoma he didn't expect to live his car there and drive away with a 2012 Ford F150 Lariat. But things changed when he says this truck and the salesman approached him in the parking lot.

I bought my 2012 Ford F150 Lariat two months ago. The reason I chose this truck is because I love trucks and I love new Fords.

So far I have done some modifications. I put 35/12 50/20 tires on it. They fit and look great. They never rub. I also put straight pipe dual exhaust. It's loud, but sounds great. This is a all-around great and heavy duty truck. You can't go wrong with a Ford f150.

I like this truck because it's just what I have been wanting for a while. I haven't really went on any trips with it yet, but just driving it back and forth to work. This is a nice driving truck. Even with 35s it handles good. And the power is still good.

It has a 5.0 v8 under the hood with a cold air intake and throttle body spacer. When I bought this truck I was driving my 2011 Toyota Tacoma.

One day I was on the way to a couple different dealerships to look at full-size trucks and I happened to stop into my local Ford dealership and there she sat. She was looking pretty and clean. So, I got out of my Tacoma and started walking around the truck, checking it out.

Then, there came my salesman. Once I sat inside the car I loved it. I felt like I couldn't ask for a better truck. We talked about the truck and went inside and started talking figures. Just remember, I wasn't planning on buying a truck that night. And then it happen. He shot me a figure that I couldn't walk away from.

Thus, I traded in my Tacoma and put a little cash with it. Then I was off to the shop and started taking off my toolboxes and all my other stuff and putting it into my new F150. After that we sat back and drink a cold one (it was after hours). So far I am still loving this truck and hope to continue to love it. It is everything I need rite now when it comes to cars.
