Acura today added a new model and held the line on prices for its entry-level TSX family of cars, with a $200 MSRP increase per auto. Prices range from $29,810 for the bare-bones 2012 Acura TSX sports sedan to $34,810 for the tech-driven 2012 TSX Sport Wagon with Technology Package. Both 2012 cars are available now in showrooms.

Honda announced a recall this evening of 310,773 Pilot SUVs from the 2009 (pictured), 2010 and 2011 model years to inspect and, if necessary, to replace driver and front passenger seat belts.

Honda has announced a global recall of 960,000 Fit models found predominantly in Japan, China and other Asian countries over a concern that the power window master switch could malfunction and catch fire over time.

Honda issued a statement early this Labor Day morning saying that due to safety concerns it will voluntarily recall about 90,000 2006 CR-Vs and 2011 CR-Zs that were sold in the United States. A total of 962,000 vehicles are included in a larger, worldwide recall that adds the Fit to the mix, according to reports from the Associated Press, Bloomberg and the Washington Post.
