General Motors announced yesterday that the next generation Chevrolet Malibu will debut next month at the New York International Auto Show and with the new Cadillac CT6 also slated for a Big Apple debut, it has me questioning whether the next generation Camaro will be introduced alongside two other big time debuts.

While the 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 has already reached buyers around the United States, the 2015 Geneva Motor Show brings European supercar fans a chance to meet the 650 horsepower Vette in person, but with a price that is considerably higher in Europe than it is in the US – the most track capable Corvette of all time is reserved for fans with the deepest pockets.

While no new technical specs have come from the new Ford GT supercar’s European debut in Geneva, information on both production numbers and price have come from the massive Swiss show, with global production limited to just 250 units and a price that could start up around $400,000 – almost guaranteeing that this car will not serve as a proper competitor to the Chevrolet Corvette Z06 or Dodge Viper.
