Apple Sued For Role Claimed In Facetime Distraction Suit

A Texas family has named Apple Computer in a lawsuit that claims the computer maker is responsible for a car crash that claimed their daughter. The suit says Apple's FaceTime app was responsible for the crash and that Apple could have prevented it.
